"Extremely disappointed with this McDonald's location. The order takers lack basic courtesy and enthusiasm, often making customers feel unwelcome. Food consistently lacks freshness, and orders are frequently incorrect despite accurate receipts. The demeanor of the staff, particularly the woman at the window, is unsettling, with intense staring and minimal communication with her big old flamingo lashes couldn’t even see her. Overall, a disappointing experience that fails to meet basic service standards."
"Would give a zero if I could. 99% of the time I order the food is wrong. I don’t think anyone understands what the actual order is or they think it’s funny to always do the opposite. I ask for a sauce they give every sauce but the one I want. I ask for extra pickles and onions and they give none. Happens consistently. Like literally the last 20 times. I almost feel like someone is making a joke.. it’s literally so bad…."

"When you call McDonald's on 23rd avenue and Bethany home road in Phoenix Arizona you don't ever get anybody it's a busy signal. I don't know how hard it is to make a cheeseburger with extra onions but it seems very very hard. When you go into the store and you order something the way you would like your burger to be made that's how you should get the burger in your bag when you leave the store. Hire people that understand and speak English so they can make our burgers properly thank you. I went in there today and bought six double cheeseburgers all of them with extra onions only two came with onions. Now when I pay $4 for cheeseburger I like to have it the way I want it when I get home. If I could leave zero Stars you guys would get zero Stars"
