"Absolutely ridiculous that I would be charged for light ice on a water based drink!!!!! How can you justify that? You just add more water and a lot less of the ice you fill up with. Us customers are paying more and more on items as things continue to go up and you think it's ok to charge extra when I just want less ice and more water. Seems illegal to me!"
