"Definitely one McDonalds to be avoided. The crew member Diane instigated conflicts with at least two well mannered guests before swearing directly at me. The manager Nichole condones and supports her bad apples in treating paying customers this way. Sadly this spoils the efforts of a majority of the crew who plainly care about doing a good job despite these two cranky old ladies having the worst attitudes I have seen in a long while in any workplace. The service was slow for everyone and some customers would not have gotten their orders at all without speaking up. This was the first and the last visit I will ever make to this location."
"The employees were all friendly and welcoming when I visited. Everyone shared a genuine smile that interacted with me and the whole place was clean. McDonalds French fries are the bomb, plain and simple!"
"This has been my go to late-night Mickey Ds, and my order is consistently correct and served hot. Forgive me as I haven't caught her name, but the woman who operates the drive-thru & payment window on the late night shifts comes across so friendly. I pull up to order, and once I hear it's her I can't help but smile! Great service all around :)"
"Nice place for a delicious burger. But fair warning for other flaggers out there! My husband and I were told we could not bring our traffic control signs inside. We work hard and just wanted a good hot breakfast on a cold day. It wasn't even busy!"
"Food was horrible. However, that was not my main concern. Phoenix is known for its stunning scenery and nature for picturesque landscape. This McDonald’s is not an exception. We managed to do a whole photo shoot (can’t show those pictures) and took some pictures of the beautiful landscape. Not the best place to eat, but the perfect spot for pictures. Highly recommmend!"
