"Been to this location several times and I don't know why we keep going back. Literally every time they've done something super frustrating, didn't give us the food we ordered, didn't have standard condiments like ranch in stock, and took forever the time we went inside. And I mean it took forever. A transaction should not take 15 min. It might have been longer And tonight: there's nothing quite like witnessing the utter, awful sadness of a four year old child who expected a chicken nugget happy meal and was so excited to have it when they got home, only to have a cheeseburger inside that they hate. "Very nice service. Did not feel me to rush and eat and get out like some other McDonald's.. ahem ahem Chandler and Kyrene, which has a 30 minute seating limit.... The food was fresh and we were allowed to enjoy our meals in a relatively clean restaurant.."

"I will never be returning to this McDonald’s twice now they have ripped me off. I used my Moblie app to get a discounted item a week ago. They did not apply it to my order. I let it go and thought mistakes happen. Go back this week use another coupon on my mobile app and they don’t apply it again saying only so sorry. Makes me think are they just ripping me off and taking the money? Managers should be held more accountable. They never will come talk to you."

"My friends and I ordered three separate orders and when we got to the drive thru… it was a terrible experience. They wanted us to circle around for each order to the back of the line full of cars. That’s not right, just because different people are in one car paying separately, shouldn’t mean they go to the back each time. I had no control over the driver’s time limit and he couldn’t afford that, it was supposed to be FAST FOOD. I asked if I could get my refund and they rudely said “No, you could go to the back of this line” while holding two phones calling the cops on me just for demanding my refund. What is wrong with the employees here? I’m very sad and hangry honestly. She was playing the victim card for no reason. She’s the supervisor in the Sunday night shifts, can’t trust her. She came all up in my window after exiting the McDonald’s door, so the driver just pulled off. That was pretty rude. They just handed 1/3 of the orders and the fries were terrible. In total, the orders were 4 burgers and a happy meal…… that’s it."
