"I have mixed feelings...I like Dunkin and so do my girls...and that's why I like to take them in little donut dates. However...I was in there on 2/16 enjoying a treat with my 4yo next to the "valentines tree" She points out it's covered in hearts...cute... until you read them. The "valentines tree" is covered in hearts that have absolutely disgusting things written in them. I was shocked...and disgusted. Who ever thought this was a cute or funny idea...as well as the manager need some serious review."

"Stopped at this location. For the first time in over a year and immediately remembered why I stop coming. Ordered 3 coffee and 2 donuts sand arrived 15 minutes after I placed the order. Staff continually walked by me without making eye contact and when somebody finally stopped to help they finally started making my order. There were only 2 other people in the store and 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru. Should not take 30 minutes to a make a simple order."

"So I’ve been ordering from Dunkin for years and ordering online for a few now. Lately I’ve ordered from this location and categorically every time the order is incorrect. This is the second time in a row I didn’t even get stuff that I paid for. If I did business like this, in my career, I would be broke. I mean really it’s just coffee and donuts or bagels or whatever the heck you eat. But nonetheless if you want accurate efficient and great customer service pick a different location."

"I am a former employee at this dunkin. The employees make the work place super toxic for customers and other employees. The manager Tina, and the District manager Andrew, disregarded all of the comments about the store being unsanitary and having the growth of black mold. The mold mainly grew in the ice machine. They were well aware of this and still decided to serve customers. The drains were always filled with mold, the backs of the counters are never wiped down so there is old chunky, Milk, cream, syrup, and bacteria. I did my best to sanitize as much as I could while I worked there, but nothing was ever done about the other issues. The managers acted clueless when we brought up any situation regarding the bacteria growth. Serving people with ice that contains mold can make people very sick. I’m just making everyone aware of what it really looks like on the inside of this place. Please do not order from this location!"

"I am a daddy of two daughters and hold a high value when it comes to spending quality time with them. Dunkin' Donuts is one of the places I go to uphold this tradition. Every time we come here the customer service is fantastic, the doughnuts are always fresh and more importantly we get exactly what I look for...a happy belly and more good memories!"
