"Ordered one 11” pepperoni pizza and side salad through Slice app. Food was late nearly 40 minutes later than initial ETA. Food was cold, as if it was sitting on a counter for X time. Asked for side of tomato/pizza sauce, did not receive. Was not given any utensils to eat the salad with. Clearly stated in the order I am at a hotel and the assumption should be to provide customers with the items they need to eat the food they purchase. Contacted Slice customer support. They called the restaurant and were turned down for any kind of refund or any thing to right the wrong. Customer service like that is shameful. Will not purchase from them again. March 12th Edit review Did receive a refund of my purchase after one business day. Thank You to Fired Pizza for seeing the complaint and acting on it."
"This is the first time I placed an order online and will probably be my last. I had ordered 2 Meaty Italian, one with a cauliflower crust. As you can tell from the pictures, they are most definitely not meaty Italian, just tasted like crust with some cheese. Typically, when I go in to order, I am able to get a decent pizza. But, that's because you are there giving instructions."
"I recently visited Fired Pie to grab a bite to eat, but my experience left me deeply disappointed. The first thing that struck me was the overwhelming presence of homeless individuals within the restaurant. It was disconcerting to see them freely roaming around, even venturing behind the cook line to engage with one of the employees named Diana. Seeking a resolution, I approached the manager, Luis, to express my concerns about the homeless individuals being present in the store. Unfortunately, my interaction with him only escalated the situation further. Luis displayed an irate attitude and was far from understanding when we voiced our opinion that the homeless should not be allowed in the establishment. Considering the overall atmosphere and the unsatisfactory response from the manager, I regrettably cannot recommend anyone to visit this particular Fired Pie location. It's essential for businesses to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for their customers, and in this regard, Fired Pie fell short of expectations. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes to ensure a better experience for future customers. I've attached some pictures to show the condition the store is in."
"Not all locations are treated equal. I used to order Fired Pie near my job. Everything was always so fresh & abundant. They probably had to constantly stock due to the amount of customers. This location was so-so. I had to go when I got hm. For now (only time will tell) I won't solely put that on dining here. However it was immediately following my visit. Nonetheless, there was 2 guys. The place was empty. It appears that some business was taking place as work papers & a laptop was placed out. I didn't see nor ask for a glove change, I'll just assume there was one. One guy prepped my pizza & the other who I held a mini chat w/ fired it. He topped my pizza w/ Basil & Oregano. I used their Parm & chili flakes table side I ordered the 'build your own pizza' -Marinara -Cheese -Mushroom Tiny amount: Garlic & Sundried Tomatoes End result was oddly salty Not bad, not burnt. Just "so-so""
"Great build your own pizza place! Wood fired oven , thin crust, tons of toppings. Made my self a Mediterranean pizza. My husband made his self a meatovers pizza. Both of us enjoyed our dinner! Tables were dirty and the their trash was over flowing. Young group behind the counter and they seemed to be ending the dinner rush. Over all , we had a great experience and we will definitely be returning."
