"Waiting in line to get the tires checked at this location and it’s taken 10 minutes for 2 cars. Some real low energy here and the employee is enjoying his Gatorade as he drinks it often as he SLOWLY checks tire pressures and I mean SLOWLY. Real bad energy and disappointing with this pathetic efforts. Ridiculous avoid this location altogether."

"Excellent service. Came in to check alignment and balance, they said they couldn't do alignment since my car had been lowered, but they offered to balance my wheels for free. In and out in under an hour. Will be back when I need new tires."

"Discount Tire Review @ Warner and McClintock Shane (shark) at Discount Tire must have seen blood in the water when he saw me, a 70+ year old man, rolling a tire into his store today. See the attached photo. I needed Discount to patch the nail hole in my tire. Shane asked if the tire and wheel came off of a Honda. I said no off of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He said it must have come off the front of the vehicle. I said no, off the rear. He asked how many miles the car has on it, I answered 16000. He asked how many times the tires were rotated. I answered zero. Oh, he said this a 2021 tire. I answered yes, we bought the car new. He said that the tread depth was in the yellow zone meaning it would need to be replaced soon. He said he would need to see the rest of the car to completely evaluate the tire condition before repairing the nail hole. This tire salesman saw the blood of an old man in water and was setting me up, trying to scare me into buying four new tires. I would recommend that if you are retired, and or over 70 years old you stay away from this store location and especially stay away from Mr. Shane (Sharky). Again, look at the picture of my tire. That thing will go another 25000 miles."

Not wasting your time and are what you expect from an old good fashioned customer service business! Highly recommend em! Every employee provides the same quality and manner! Five stars for sure! "This is one of the Discount Tire stores that does tire alignments so I went here with an appointment. I knew I needed a new tire too. Usually it is your typical auto store, however, the guy who was working on my car did a step by step process about what they were going to do. There was something wrong with the bolt (probably from previous tire shop), but they were able to get that fixed too. Overall I was happy with my experience here."
