"Went to get a replacement for my front headlight and Alex went far and beyond to be of service to me. Alex is very knowledgeable and made sure my headlights were working properly before I got back on the road. Having proper lights while driving is essential for the safety of everyone on the road and its guys like Alex that make an impact on the world today. "Went in for a 4 inch exhaust clamp I didn’t see any 4 inch exhaust stuff on the shelf so went up to counter to ask all I was told if it’s not on the shelf they don’t have it. Looked online at there store and it said it could be there by 4 so instead I ordered off Amazon because they were to lazy to do there job. Lost my business for future projects"
"I was in the store off hunts highway and Bella Vista ( next to McDonald's) and this guy was in there fighting with the manger and another employee about them not having cash in the store first thing when they open. He was throwing the biggest hissy fit. C'mon now. They literally just opened the door for both of us. I mean some people are so thick headed. Once this guy left I went up to the counter and Scott greeted me with a hello as if he didn't just deal with an A-hole customer. I really like this store. They go out of their way for you when they can."
"I went in this morning because I had a busted headlight, and Joe was so helpful guiding me in what size I need and making recommendations for what specific one to get as well. He answered all my questions and was so helpful! He gave me information the dealer didn’t even give me when I went in because my headlight was constantly going out. He even installed them for me and gave me tips to help them last longer. I was in and out lickity split, even as it was a busy morning! Definitely recommend this place!"
