"Disappointed after reading good reviews here. I had set up an appointment to get my transmission fluids changed 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived, they didn’t seem to be aware of why I was there and I had to fill out all details on paper for them to manually enter. Once they entered that, they let me know they didn’t have the correct fluid and would need to order it from the dealer. If that’s the case, I should have just gone to the dealer! When I made the appt 2 weeks ago I confirmed what car I had, so with appt I would expect them to be aware of this. Once I finally got my car back, the inside was dirty. Only redeeming factor was people were nice and to the point"

"This business' manager offered detailed explanations of why and what they were maintaining on my vehicle. I priced transmission fluid and filter change and other places were twice as expensive. Not only reasonable inexpensive but their service was exceptional!! They offer all vehicle maintenance and interlock service. I highly recommend this business."

"In 43 yrs this is the worse, most crooked business I have ever dealt with. They charged me over $1,300.00 to change 3 motor mounts in my vehicle and only changed 1. They ruined my subframe, my shocks and struts, and they scratched all the paint on my car placing parts from my vehicle and others all over on top of my hood and the roof of my vehicle.Im including a pic of the main motor mount they charged to replace and swore was "new" taken off by myself."

"$2200, Had to bring truck back twice. first time for large oil leak (rear main seal was likely not replaced even though we requested it and gave them the seal). Second time the transmission slipped massively. They said they had to replace some solenoids. it's surprised me they did not replace them the first time with this amount of money that we spent. Would not recommend them. Too many shady answers. On the bright side, he was a nice guy."
