"The workers were very nice but the food I got was the opposite of what I ordered I asked for a burger with no cheese and just ketchup they gave me a burger with cheese and no ketchup. Not just that but there has also actually been 2 incidents where I have asked for ice cream and they said they didn’t have any. As we pulled up to the window a worker handed us a milk shake after telling us they had no ice cream. We confronted the workers and they said that they had indeed actually had ice cream."

"They are really disrespectful. They first gave me the incorrect order and once I asked for them to please correct the order. They replaced the fry but dumping the medium fry inside a large a container and adding a couple of Fries on top of the order. They even went so far as to have the manager give me the correct order because I wasn't happy. And wasn't apologetical and was more frustrated because I wanted my order corrected."

"If you’re gonna charge me close to $19 for a Mc double, large fry, and a number five. It should be better than luke warm and soggy. Very sad that this is the standard. Also every time I ask for ketchup at the window they tell me why I didn’t ask during my order. This time I actually asked during my order and got no ketchup for my fries. All in all not a good experience."

"So I had an issue with my order. I called this store, not only did they pick up and hang up but they did it to me 3 times!!!! The 4th time e I said I'm missing food, and they didn't say sorry but spoke Spanish and hung up..... I know it's fast food but spending over 25 bucks for a sandwich and a drink with no customer service to talk to is a joke... need a better night shift manager. At least say hello this mcdonalds something."

"SLOW. Slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. It seems like the automation of everything has left them swamped. I waited over 45 minutes for a mobile order that they couldn’t seem to find. I went inside after waiting so long and they finally brought the order out. I will say that the staff they have is 5 stars. Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful. Love That- they deserve a raise for how well they maintain friendly and helpful service in the chaos. but if you’re looking for fast food this isn’t it"
