McDonald's,

"I was delivered to with raw hamburgers. This was ordered at 2:20AM do they not have good cooking staff on board at this time or what? To add.. They forgot my Sprite, and Sundae that I ordered… McDonalds I would like a complete refund for my entire order. And French fries are extremely salted You don’t spend $32 food and expect to receive this quality of food. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! This restaurant ruined my appetite for McDonald’s permanently. If I decide to crave McDonald’s again, it won’t be this location that’s for sure.. Fast forward 11 months later: I have never been to a McDonald’s since, because of this place and will never go to a McDonald’s ever again. It was truly that disgusting. I never got a refund for the $32 worth of food I ordered, called corporate and was informed I would get a phone call back from the franchise owner. Corporate also informed me that it was at the franchise owner’s discretion to give me a refund. Never received a phone call regarding my horrible experience. Therefore, never received a refund. It seems to be a greedy practice. If I would have gotten sick, I would have made a much bigger deal about this."

"Bought large fries for my toddler to enjoy on our way to church tonight, but he fell asleep while waiting over 15 min in line. So when I got to church in Tempe and pulled the fries out of the bag, they are nasty and not all there. Tried to have a close McDonald's exchange them, but they don't do that, she said. So they stole $4.34 and my kid is still hungry. I tried calling the store to let the manager know, but no answer."

"Went at 1:30 am and placed my order got to pay window… order was read out to me correct… paid and pulled forward reading the receipt headed to second window and noticed it was missing an item that was just read back to me… told the lady at the second window while receiving the rest of my order… she said “you need to go back around and RE order it” key part there “REorder” and proceeded to immediately close the window and walk away leaving no time a response from me if I wanted sauce or to ask why I would need to drive around for an employee’s mistake! Not happy!! (And no I didn’t go back around as I was ordering for my SO who was at home and didn’t want food to get soggy and cold and I was just fed up at that point) GOT HOME (less than 5 minutes) AND FRIES WERE SOGGY AND BURGER WAS PRACTICALLY THROWN IN THE BAG… burger was almost left unwrapped and this…(photo)"

"Placed an order for breakfast at 9:56am. Didn't get the food until about 10:35 - 10:40. Waited over half an hour for our food and we weren't the only ones. There were A LOT of people waiting for food, inside and out. They said, "We're waiting for food." Like, for 40 minutes? Where is it, the truck? Come on people.... This location has been remodeled, it looks great inside. But the wait times and service have gone way downhill. Absolutely absurd. Yes, the food was decent but it wasn't worth the wait. Would've been in and out faster at Denny's."

"I have been going here for 20+ years. The remodel and new are really good. It's a rough area. However, they continue to keep the place extremely clean. Plenty of parking, easy access, and well lot. Dine in or drive thru. Playground for the kids. Mostly place your own order and go to counter to pick up. Easy menu and affordable. Kid friendly. Highly recommended."
