"Poor customer service. They use door dash for delivery and your order is always wrong or missing items. You call them and you get the call center where they outsource calls. They transfer you to the store and no one ever picks up. They are truly scamming customers and should be ashamsed! Won't order again."

"Wow! The lady at the front counter has absolutly the worst customer service period. Couldnt do basic math, was rude and basicly threw my change at me. The only saving grace of this trip was pizza is good and the young lady who was cooking and working all alone was polite and friendly. Poor kid was slaving away to try and keep up with everything. She gets 5 stars just for her effort."

"Unfortunately this place should and will be reported to the state.. ordered a half a dozen chicken wings and the mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks came out frostbitten but also smashed. Marinara sauce was ice cold. When I called the store with my concern he stated that answered the phone that it had just been pulled from the fridge. They did not reheat it etcetera or temp it to make sure that it was safe for consumption. I would not risk my health here with eating improperly heated food. Worker refused to give name etc. after I asked several times"

"I have been a Pizza Hut fan for years. The last time I went to Pizza Hut I wasn't happy so decided to try this location. Well I am done with Pizza Hut. The pizza dough isn't the same as before. It has a weird taste now. I ordered a Pan Pizza Supreme and it was like a hand tossed crust. No crisp crust. The top part of pizza tasted like bacon even though there was no bacon on my pizza. I also ordered a thin crust pepperoni with pineapple and the crust on that one was thick."

"New and clean Pizza Hut location! Staff was friendly had to wait a few minutes for them to notice me and assist, I was the only patron in there at the time. One of my pizzas was made with the wrong crust but it was still delicious. Overall, I’m excited for this new location since the old one on Camelback and 35th violated some health codes and I refuse to go back."
