McDonald's 3434 West Union Hills Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85027

"I had on mobile order where I ordered a quarter pounder meal, a quarter pounder with cheese, a large fry, and a happy meal. When I went to pick up my order it was missing a quarter pounder and the drink from the meal. When I pointed this out and showed my recipe the manager told me that they refuse to give me what I payed for and refused to give me my money back. The manager started to yell at me to get out of the store and made a big scene in front of all the customers which was beyond embarrassing especially since I had my receipt showing I had payed for everything. Terrible customer service!!! I called corporate to complain and ask for some kind of compensation for not getting my food and for embarrassing me in front of a bunch of strangers. Corporate said they’ll have that store reach out to make things right and that’ll be the end of it. It’s now been a week and still no call. The people that run this McDonalds are thieves and criminals. They will take your money and not give you the product you pay for, then they’ll throw you out. Highly recommend never coming here because the manager will just rob you blind. I want my money back you grimy thieves!!!!!"

"Literally the WORST Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been too. I’ve started driving the extra miles to go to other ones. The amount of times I’ve ordered food, been made to wait 30+ minutes in the parking lot to get it, just to watch them hand my entire order to another car and give me a drink as compensation. Even when there’s absolutely no one in line I’ve waited over a half an hour for my order and it still has been wrong more than it’s been right."

"There was 1 car ahead of me & not many cars in the drive through. All I ordered was a Big Mac meal with no pickle & had to pull around to the front. Absolutely ridiculous. All your food is pre made sitting in warmers. I had to ask the guy to go back in the store & get my receipt. 6:27-6:38"

"Ordered three days ago, wanted unsweetened iced tea, Ordered a meal. Couldn't hear the girl because a guy kept speaking over her. When I went to pay I told her. She said it was the manager talking on the headset. I told her I was unable to hear what she said, and she was very kind. I have no clue what the cloudy awful tasting drink it was, although it was Not unsweetened icedtea. Food was cold. Again bad experience."
