"I ordered a scoop of bourbon vanilla crisp. It's got apples in it, which I don't care for and we're not advertised as part of the flavor. When I asked the manager/owner if I could switch f lavors, she insisted that I should have been able to see that there were apples in it and refused to replace it. So much for customer service."

"During our journey to California, we stumbled upon Bianca's Gelato, which was located in the popular outlet mall. The search for an ice cream parlor was finally over and the wait was worth it! We found the place on the Cafe's at Anthem, Ruby's Express Burgers, Fries & Shakes, side.Our server was incredibly friendly and provided us with quick and attentive service. The gelato was a delicious treat on a hot day, and it was the perfect way to cool down. Overall, we had a delightful experience at Bianca's Gelato and highly recommend it to anyone in the area."

"Very good Gelato shop located in the food court of the Outlets mall. 1 scoop in a large cone is $6 and 2 scoops is $7. The Ferrero Rocher and Orea were excellent. Friendly service and highly recommended."

"Very nice lady. The gelato is a bit too sweet and has been refrozen so it has ice crystals thru it. But it was where we needed a small sweet, they have a very small size that was perfect for our appetites, and the counter lady was very nice and even gave out samples. Good when we needed it, so while it's not the best gelato I have ever had, we loved being able to get it when we were here. It's in the Outlet Mall's food court."
