"OK, again, I went to another circle , and they did it again, charged me full price . If they want ppl to come and buy gas from them, they need to DO THEIR JOB. And when I went inside to let them know that they were ripping me off, the manager handed me .30 and said it was to cover the difference between .25 a gallon, and I got 8 gallons wow, and she's the boss who can't count. I mean, what's the point of the inner circle?"
