"Great food and service. I loved the sourdough toast and homemade preserves. The blueberry pancakes were delicious. I’m glad we sought this breakfast spot out. Ate too quick to think about taking pictures!"

"C grade at best. Hostess was good, friendly. Waitress opened with "are you ready to order?", not hello, or can I get you some coffee. We had barely been there 2 minutes. Noticed her checking cups (for cleanliness?) and putting some back on the shelf. No offers of refill water or coffee till after meal. Food is overpriced for the quality....$3.49 for a single slice of toast? Not worth a return visit."

"The food was good. Hash browns and bacon were perfectly cooked. Turns out we were never given the drink menu so we didn’t know they had one until we were paying to leave. It’s a little cramped. Man had to lift a high chair over us while we were eating."

"I come to Matt’s often and today I was highly disappointed. My hasbrowns come out grey and overly thick and tasted like freezer. I told the waitress and she said well we don’t freeze the hash browns and flipped the ketchup on its side on the table took the hasbrowns after I said I didn’t want them and just to bring an order of extra eggs. Was no apology or nothing, treated me as if I was lying. She proceeded to help another customer and as I watched she was wiping her face and nose with both her hands and not once did she wash her hands she went straight to my plate of eggs and brought it to my table with the same hands she was wiping her face and nose with. I was extremely disgusted. My tummy hurts thinking of it. I happened to be the only person of color in the restaurant that day not that it mattered but it’s always some weird stuff happening. The downtown location would have never treated me this way. I won’t be back to this location. Ps the waffles were good so I ate those and the first round of over cooked eggs I received. I sent the bacon back to it was not even edible it was hard a a rock. Two stars because the waffle was good."

"The waffles and bacon are amazing! The Big Papa burrito looks like it would have an abundance of flavor, but we had to add salt, which I rarely do. Not saying it wasn't good, it just needs something else in it, or less pinto beans and potato. The prices are pretty typical. For four meals, be prepared to pay $55+ without tip. There was outdoor seating which was more favorable to us because it was so busy and packed inside. The waitress was nice but we were a little neglected.. after we got our food, she didn't come back to fill our water and the check took a while to get."
