"Put in online order. The order stated it would be ready in 1 hour. We put asap as time frame. Food was soggy, cold, cold, cold. So obviously it was prepared far sooner than the hour time frame, yet never got notification for it being ready. This establishment needs new owners, and employees. Our bill was over $55. This was really a huge disappointment."

"Drive through to pick up order and they tell you to go around to the front to pick up order and then they let you set there, I go into store to pick up and the Manager schools you on the protocol of drive through and that drive through clerk delivers their orders first and then takes food out for on line orders. Well, we drove through drive through for pick up, weren't we a drive through order and then they punish you for not following protocol that is not explained and they have bad attitudes, frown at you and are very, extremely snotty in their demeanor, and tone, very, very, poor manners and poor hospitality, they treat you like they are doing you a favor and talk to you like your an idiot while their own children are playing in the soda machine must be take your kid to work and hate on customer day."

"Took 50 minutes for 2 combos and 3 kids meals in Safford restaurant. Employee didn’t know how many drinks we had. I told him I had 5. He said are you sure? I said yes I’m sure. I have 3 kids drinks, and the 2 drinks that come with the combo meals. Another employee stepped in and had to explain to him why there were 5 drinks. This same employee who assisted him slurped on his drink and didn’t bother to wash his hands afterwards. When I went to ask for ketchup, there were 3 other employees doing nothing and 1 was bagging an order. It took almost 10 minutes to get ketchup. While I was waiting, there was an employee stocking the bottom shelf of the fridge. His pants were so far down that his black and red underwear was showing."
