McDonald's,

"Ordered a big order and let the kids play in the play place. Was fairly clean but extremely busy. Had a hard time at counter asking for things."

"Fastest, friendliest, and accurate drive thru experience I have ever had at McDonald's. Shout out to safford McDonald's for that exceptional service I recieved. Total time I spent from the moment I pulled in to McDonald's to the time I was departing was 2 minutes. I even took a minute to order too. This was an outstanding experience this morning."

"Went through the drive thru and ordered a Quoter pounder meal. I was instructed to pull in to a parking spot while my food was being prepared. Twenty minutes later I got tired of waiting as i saw a car after a car leave the drive through so I went inside. The drive through girl handed me my meal that cost me 16 bucks that was cold since it was sitting there for a while. Really?"

"This was a great McDonalds. Friendly, hot food served quickly. My only negative is they had been busy but were keeping up with cleaning tables."

"I am visiting from Texas and I stopped in here to use the restroom and get breakfast. I went in and stood at the counter for about 4-5 min. No one greeted me or even said hello or acknowleged me. So I used the restroom and came out. I then went and got back in line and then someone told the people in front of me that he would be there in a minute. By the time he came and took their order i had been waiting for at least 8 minutes. I ordered a large coffee and 2 sausage egg mcmuffins as they were 2 for 5 dollars. When i rang up it came up with 13 dollars. the Cashier said that the total was around 13 and i asked and said isn't it supposed to be 2 for 5 on the mcmuffins. He said yes but it wouldn't show the discounted price until after he did something. This didn't make sense to me. But i ended up paying for the food and waited. After waiting about another 10 minutes they finally got my food to me however i did notice that they were extremely slow in getting everyones orders out to them. It was probably one of the slowest services that i have ever experienced with any McDonalds. When i finally got the food the person didn't apologize for the wait or anything but rather just said thank you for waiting. It was an excessive amount of time."
