"Staff has no clue about inventory. It’s only until you have paid and you are receiving your order that you are told something is out of stock. This happened to 3 different people and myself, all with different items. Poorly managed and customer service is severely lacking. This was not during rush hours and no excuse for lack of customer service."
"This place is a major win for airport food. It has almost the full menu of a regular Panera, the prices are only slightly higher than normal, they have lots of table seating AND they accept rewards. Because I am a sip club member I was able to get a coffee or tea for free (not a soda, they only sell cans), but that was a huge money saver in my airport eating. Also the food is fresh and (can be) full of fruits and veggies, something that I was craving at the end of a vacation."
"Honestly..... This Panera is more affordable than the other restaurants in the terminal. Flatbread pizza was pretty good despite watered down sauce...it was pretty tasty. Tomato and basil was fresh. The Flatbread they use doesn't get soggy with the tomatoes. The pizza was super hot. Autumn squash soup was standard but very sweet. it’s super super hot. The grilled cheese sandwich was a hot mess. it seems like the two pieces of bread and the piece of cheese never actually met each other. It looks like the bread might’ve touched the grill for about 1 µs the cheese as it cools becomes the consistency of rubber. This is all for a lovely price of nine dollars so I would avoid the grilled cheese sandwich. salads were completely out. on the plus side I found the staff to be extremely pleasant so I don’t know what everyone’s complaining about. The nighttime staff is nice."
"I had a terrible experience at this Panera. I used the kiosks to order my food myself. After adding everything I wanted, it never printed a receipt. My name was called and my bagels were missing cream cheese. The lady told me very rudely that I did not order cream cheese and made me go back to the counter and pay for cream cheese. My partner watched me select sliced and toasted and plain cream cheese. After all this, I finally made it back to a table to find this is how they sliced and toasted my bagel.. I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel that tasted nothing like cinnamon, all I could taste was onion. Avoid."
"There is no customer service— unless you wait in the really long line for 1 cashier. Multiple self order devices are available which makes the order process faster. The food was okay, but the vegetables did not taste fresh, the tomato was mushy. I ordered and iced cold brew and there was at least the same amount of syrup as coffee— I had to throw out my drink bc I didn’t need diabetes. I’m glad there was a food option and it took care of my hunger, but it isn’t the greatest."
