"I only give them 1 so u can leave how bad of a job they have done not once or twice but three times. I tried to go to give them another chance. They are close to my house and I know things happen but my drinks never taste right and they take forever! Took 13 minutes for my mobile order. Any other location is about 7 or 8. Those few extra minutes ate important. I'll choose another location from now on and go out of my way to not pick them"
"This is "My Starbucks," I love the staff at this location and the manager, Rachel, they are all just the best. They always make my drink right and remake it if I'm being finicky! They really are great at their jobs. It's not often that I write a review of a major chain, but the staff here are worth it. So worth it in fact, I'll get out of my car and walk into bashas just so that their the ones to make my Cup of Joe!!! :) This team makes you feel like your visiting a small coffee shop, not a big chain, and that's just wonderful!"
