"First time there and was pleasantly surprised. Very nice and helpful employees. Clean and modern interior. Tried a few of each type of kolache and was impressed, the flavor and temperature was great. Prices were also reasonable especially considering the rarity of this type of food in AZ. Would definitely return in the future."
"This was my first time trying Kolaches and they were very tasty! The smoked chicken and cheese was my favorite, the ham and cheese was good too. The dough was soft and slightly sweet, overall delicious! Customer service was great and the environment was chill, also a nice place to get some studying or work done. Also WiFi was good! I’ll be back!"
"Located in the Ranch Cicle Plaza, this café offers, sweet and savory pastries in the traditional style. This means that they are not overly sweet and they are very European.. nice inside and outside seating areas. there are two handicap spots in front and plenty of parking and also offers a drive-through. We ave vacationing in Sedona and drove 2 hours for these pastries. We make it a point to come here when in the area. Highly recommend!"
"A+A+A+, I was referred to The Kolache Cafe by a co-worker. A little drive from East Mesa but so worth it! I ordered a 6 pack. 2 Chorizo, Egg and Cheese, 2 Smoked Sausage, Brisket and Gravy and Sausage, Egg and Cheese. OMG!! The Chorizo is Fantastic! Great flavor, soft roll, just what the Diabetic Needed! The Smoked Sausage and Cheese was delicious too!! The coffee is from The Buzzed Goat Coffee Company and it was very smooth with a nice rich flavor. Probably one of the best cups of coffee I've had. The other 2 were bought for my co-worker as a Thank You. I will be coming back for Seconds!!"
"Kolache is one of the rare restaurants that open themselves up to full customer transparency. Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted with a full windowed view of the kitchen and staff making culinary delights. This was my first visit. However, one of my kids have been there before. On this occasion, we ordered from their savory menu (aka breakfast & meat buns). Kolache also has a bevy of dessert Buns that looked delicious (next time). The Buns are good. However, I would have preferred a bit more seasoning in my egg, potato, and cheese as well as my egg and brisket choices. The interior decore is bright and vibrant. The blend of black wood, white marble, and orange accents are fun. The staff behind the counter was very helpful. They took the time to explain the restaurant and recommended how many Buns to order. If you are looking for a different food option, then give Kolache a try...FYI...I've heard their cinnamon Buns are really good."
