"I placed an online order and added a 20% tip for the delivery driver, but my pizza never arrived. So I called and the manager answered. I let her know I had not received my pizza. She then said my order was for pick up and I was to pay cash for it. I let her know that I had already checked my account and I was charged for the order. She refused to believe me or look into it any further and hung up on me. I tried calling back but she wouldn't answer. I drove to the store then to pick up my order. She refused to give it to me and insisted that it was a cash order. I showed her my bank statement with the charge. She still refused to give me my food I had already paid for. My advice is to train the managers better or be far more selective. This was one was the worst customer service experiences. Pizza Hut......do better. I love your product but will not support your business due to the complete incompetent manager who refused to try and help me at all."

"My good friend and I went around and around trying to find a place to eat, because many places were closed for January 1st. We ended up at this Pizza Hut and it was dead inside, no one was eating there. We ordered some personal pan pizza which was kinda high priced, but what can you do with the way prices are high everywhere. Anyways, the pizza was ok, the room was pretty clean, really no issue to mention."

"Oh my god! I was supposedly credited a free pizza due to them messing up TWO pizzas last time. Called to order. They wanted me to pay $7 for my free pizza! What the hell!? No way a pizza hut pizza should cost $27! What a ripoff. What a terrible company. Wow. I'm going to order elsewhere and HAPPILY pay full price. Update... I thought I would give them another chance... Big mistake on my part. Both pizzas apparently "fell" off the seat. It's like "assemble your own" as everything was everywhere. And yet again, the white sauce pizza was completely undercooked. The crust was, well, I'm heating up my oven to actually cook the pizza now. Look at the crust on the white sauce pizza... It's easy to see as the toppings have slid off. If you like raw dough on a thin crust pizza, or if you want a Papa Murphy's bake at home pie, you can get it from this location. The dough was so undercooked, it just tasted like raw flour. Reached out to corporate... They said I would hear from the store within 3 business days... It's been 3 days. I guess it's not important to them."
