"They always mess up the order, at night they only take cash, the lady maria(drive thru) is rude too! I stopped going because of those experiences. But in the am its alot better. The app doesn't work at that location too. Prices well you can't control that but i mean the food is not worth if all prices for fast food are similar, go to carls jr instead or mcdonalds! Too much competition esp in douglas too."

"Everybody please double check when paying with card. The ticket says one amount and the bank had a withdrawal of another amount. The ticket says $36 and they withdrawal $43. And they never pick up the phone that's why I posted this here. I expect to hear back from corporate. To fix the extra money BK toke out of my account. And yes I do have the ticket and screen shot of the bank statement."

"Very disappointed I couldn't even call and talk with someone because they don't answer their phone. The food was awful tasted stale that's because the bun was hard there was so much Ketchup and Mustard that it came out the sides. The guy at taking the order talks so soft can't hear him, he doesn't put your order on the screen so you don't know if he got it right or not. NEVER AGAIN"

"This lady with glasses in the morning shift was very rude she made me feel like I was a bother. Also this worker came up to the menu while I was in the drive through and just stayed staring at me while I ordered it made me me a bit uncomfortable. Horrible service. I'd rather go to McDonald's and take my chances with my order being right or not..."
