"Kenneth is awesome. I had someone else take my order and I used a reward on the app but the way she put the order in it didn’t redeem the rewards. I didn’t notice this but Kenneth did and fixed it before I paid so I could use the discount"

"They Forgot about me , had me pull over to the side while they finished my order, was inform they didn't have no breakfast burritos and asked to just replace with a sandwhich, my family had ate they're food and we we're waiting in the car everyone was done eating and I still had'nt received my Food ..they stopped serving breakfast. Almost an hour passed so I walked in to the restaurant and told them I was still waiting for my food they're were like we're done serving breakfast I'm like well you still owe me a sandwhich i'll take a hamburger they said well you'll need to pay for it because it's more exopensive,had to argue with them that I was'nt playing anything because it's they're fault they forgot about me. They did give me my Sanwhich, but it was horrible customer service! They need better training!"

"Today I ordered the 2 for $5 breakfast and when I got home to eat one of my sandwiches had a huge hair on it and it didn’t look nothing like a head hair if you know what I mean , I couldn’t eat it after I saw that ….please make your workers wear a net on their head and for them to wash their hands before they serve…I always go there and get good service first time this happens but definitely took my appetite away"

"Very incompetent, If you can avoid this location, please do yourself a favor and bypass it. The very agitated tatted manager is overwhelmed. I asked for cashier assistance for the person before me- since no one had looked our way in a very long time.. which had all of us standing around, starring at each other feeling invisible. The machines weren’t working…wouldn’t accept any card payments. A cashier was definitely required up front and all times. This is a very busy location. So here we were couldn’t pay for our food The tatted manager/supervisor walked over and gave us all attitude. She stated only machine’s would be available not a cashier. She was too upset and began arguing with my husband. That immediately took my appetite away. My husband’s a peaceful man and she’s out of character. I wouldn’t be asking for help if I didn’t need it, that’s not me. I help people but this time.. I needed help. I do Trucking Authority and maintain my cool at all times, even through all my deadlines and human error. I work above several people. Showing leadership sometimes requires positivity. She still had thee audacity to talk about me to another lead staff and had that bigger woman look around for me so YES I smiled real big. These people definitely require a bit more training to help professional customers."

"I personally feel this is one of the worst locations. The employees are rude when you ask them a question. If you go through the drive thru, they have 2 lanes and will most definitely take the order of the vehicle that showed up after you, and it doesn't matter if all you ordered was a drink they make you pull around and wait for it. Now pulling around is fine if you have a big order but this location only does it because they can't keep there car timer low so they cheat corporates policy on timely service because the timer stops when you pull away from the window. So it makes them look like they only had that car there for 2 minutes yet in reality you will be there for 10. Also there is no order as to who's food they bring out first. First come does not mean first served at this location. I pulled up and 3 cars were behind me, they all got there food and drove off minutes before I got mine. " only ordered 2 mcdoubles" I will honestly drive farther in any direction just to not go to this location. This also is not a one time experience that's why I have had so much to say about this location."
