"Plato drink I purchased one just about 1 hour ago the service was attitude filled in a negative way. The drink was extremely watered down I’m definitely not returning and the overall experience has been an immediate no for me. Do not recommend save yourself the headache of bad customer service and the most watered down drink I have ever had!!"

"i arrived at this location around 4:55 because i thought they opened at 4:30. saw that it was 5 instead i figured okay i’ll wait. alright it’s 5! still waiting…. 5:08 still waiting….. i’m like ?? maybe i’m wrong so i pull up the window nope! for sure says 5AM. i don’t see anyone the first time around so i just go back to the ordering place and wait some more. nothing. 5:10 now and still nothing. i’m thoroughly disappointed because i see “workers” inside, not sure what they’re doing but. definitely not working! 15 minutes passed posted open time and still nothing!!! drive thru screen is on and there is a line of about 5 cars now. no one has said a thing to anyone to us i’m shocked. oh now there’s a sign at the window, why don’t you just come out and tell us or put it on the drive thru like you see a line?? you see me who’s BEEN there like this is insane!!"
