"I asked for the cream cheese of the bagel on the side, it was put on. I asked for no meat, I got meat. I got no syrup for the French toast and no utensils.. that'll be a NO from me on ordering again."

"Order the same thing 1-2 times per week. Ordered with DoorDash again today and my eggs were overcooked (ordered a veggie scramble), I pay for an extra egg (missing), no cheese (paid for), paid for avocado (not included, DoorDasher said they didn't have any ripe enough and I was going to get a credit). So I call them to let them know of my disappointment and I was told, we can't do anything, call DoorDash and they hung up on me. I called back and the person put the phone down and just left it. I could hear everyone talking in the background and kept saying "hello" and the line was still live but ignored. I order this same item 1-2 times a week. So disappointed about their customer service, although from the other reviews, I shouldn't have been. DoorDash customer service even told me they have received complaints of unsatisfactory customer service about them. I am receiving a full refund through DoorDash and it's very doubtful I will be a returning customer."

"Ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl, comes with white rice. Checked food at home and no white rice. Called restaurant and they said they hadn't made white rice. No apologies or anything. NEVER EATING FROM HERE."
