"You worker need to pick up your speed and put as much time you do talking into working and will get an order in time. I get peeved sometimes because I only got 20 minutes and it takes almost 30 minutes just to get an order and when you walk in nobody’s paying attention to the front register don’t know where they’re at."

"If your ice cream machine is down maybe post it somewhere before the drive through. That way your customers who came for only ice cream don’t get stuck in the drive through. Or maybe get more reliable."

"This manager “Iran” according the Genaro the store manager was very rude and had the most disrespectful attitude. I was just trying to get a refund from a mobile order they didn’t receive, even though I did get charged $30. I don’t even live in the area but I will make sure I never stop at that location again."

"I came in with my service animal and some children asked to pet him so I let them and then the manager came in from outside asking if he was a service animal and I said yes(I carry my paperwork with me) then she stated “he doesn’t act like one” which upset me because he is cool calm and collected and she said because he was next to the kids and I asked her if she was aware of them asking to pet him and she said no then got an attitude and said she was doing her job but she made me feel so uncomfortable and her attitude was unacceptable. I lost my appetite and I hope her customer service skills improve. I had no plans to dine in anyways but eve"

"The McDouble was good as well as the chicken nuggets. I’ve had an unpleasant experience before but I wanted to finally write a review. The happy meals I ordered looked like they were just thrown in the bag, fries spilled and upside down. From what I collected the fries only amounted to like 5 each happy meal. I think next time I’ll go to the 99th location."
