"THEY HAD WHITE BOXES YO! Threw me off. I walked in and they handed me some white boxes n I questioned my damn self. I said "self?" N myself said "huh?" N I said "These is some white boxes. We in the right place?" Then they proceeded to hand me the crazy bread, right. So then I confirmed and reassured myself n said "yeah, we good." Customer service was iight. Nothing over the top but nothing bad either. They were koo. I just got dinner for the kids (cause ion eat this ish) but it was fast, easy n reliable. Just like yo momma. I was definitely a happy camper!"

"This is the best Little Caesar's on the South Side! Less crowded, always has Hot and Ready even in high demand times. And for some reason this pizza tastes better than the others in the area, must be the love the put into it! This is my spot for affordable pizza parties!"

"Waiting to enter my pizza portal code to pickup my pizza, waited over 30 minutes, no pizza in the portal, app stopped giving updates on tracking, finally asked at counter and got a pizza, not mine but got a ready made pizza, it was never going in the pizza portal I think"

"Do not give this establishment your hard earned money. The pizza is mediocre at best. Burnt on top and lacking any type of pizza sauce. Its basically bread and cheese and some overcooked pepperoni. The short woman working the register today 4/15/21 at around 720pm is just not good for customer service. Not easily understood and not willing to have something made for a paying customer. Maybe they should realize that the paying customers are the reason they have a job"

"My husband and I were out a little late because we had to run some errands. I didn't get a chance to make dinner so I asked my husband if he wanted Pizza. We are in our 60s and I really don't like driving around late at night. So we head on over to Little Caesars to grab a pizza. Their customer service was good everything went smoothly. Until I got home. I open up the pizza box and the pizza is burnt. I don't understand how someone could have let something like that slide and assumed that that was a good pizza, good enough to give to a customer. You'd think that when they were cutting it up they would have realized how hard the crust was. Not to mention how black also. It was like as hard as a rock. I immediately called the manager as soon as I saw the poor quality of the pizza. The night time manager responded by saying it's been busy had a lot of customers and simply apologize and ask me how did I pay credit card cash or whatever. At that moment to me it really didn't matter how I paid I was just really upset because my husband cannot chew on anything hard or he can choke. So the manager said that he would give me a fresh pizza the following day along with a free order of crazy bread. He did apologize though. So since we were hungry and it was late and I didn't feel like cooking I cut the tops off of pizza that wasnt burned an took what was soft and basically just gave my husband what he could, that was salvageable. I've had a problem before with this location. In a previous review I was angry. I hope their service improves because that's the closest Little Caesars to me. Maybe I need to complain to the corporate office. This is an excellent business but it only takes one bad restaurant to cast a bad Shadow on all of them."
