"I keep having the same problem with this location. Whenever I do a mobile order for multiple drinks (4-5), they never make the drinks at the same time. I come in the time they should be ready and only 1 or 2 will be ready. Then after 10 minutes, they’ll make 1 more. Then another 10-15 minutes and another drink. I know the labels say how many drinks are in an order so i don’t know why they don’t make all the drinks in a single order at once. I always end up having to wait 20-30 minutes AFTER the time they were supposed to be ready."

"Today our drinks tasted like blend ice. Couldn't taste anything in the drinks we ordered. The cups were covered in Carmel that's where all of our topping went. The girl at the window was nice enough to clean the cups for us. Obviously the person making the drinks need more training."

"Terrible place! I often frequent this location to catch up on some studying. A few things to note: 1. It sometimes takes up to half an hour to order and receive your drink(s). 2. Some young kid who works there ALWAYS makes up his own rules and closes the lobby before the hours that are posted. I've seen this happen several times. So if you are studying and catching some good vibes off coffee - you might me told the lobby is closing early. One time, this same young kid (white with an afro and nose ring) closed the lobby like an hour early and told us we could not order and if we left we could not come back in! This guy makes up his own rules and I am not sure if regional managers are aware. It's a nice lobby and they keep it clean, but this young worker who makes up his own rules is a shame."

"Placed a mobile order here a few days ago and there was a note on the door that the lobby was closed early so we’d have to go though drive thru. That was fine, I understand how staffing issues are these days so after waiting 28 minutes in line for my drinks that were ordered 15 minutes before, I asked for my drinks to be remade because by that point they were watered down and had been sitting for 30 plus minutes. The staff was very rude about it and you could see them making faces and comments and at one point the window was closed on me while I was talking. I was at no point rude about any of it despite the inconvenience because again, I understand. I go to Starbucks often but will not return to this location. If I’m patient and understanding with the situation I would expect the same in return, very unfortunate experience."

"Very disappointed with my drinks this time. I ordered two grande Frappuccinos and they both were unpleasant. One drink was watery and tasted like milk and creamer no coffee taste no whip or caramel drizzle. Just a foamy watery milk drink. The second order was also a Frappuccino with a single shot of espresso.. it was also watery and tasted like pure espresso it had no whip cream or caramel drizzle. I never asked for no whip or no caramel drizzle. I was very upset to spend 15$ for poorly made drinks. I won’t be coming here again."
