"Ordered deliver tonight (2/1/24 @8:45pm) my delivery got here at 9:12pm the quality of the food was AMAZING. I think this location is much better than most locations and who ever is running the shift is doing an excellent job and should be well compensated. I will never go to the other location near me this is 100% the best spot!"

"I do not know who works the afternoon shift, but it seems any time I doordash pizza it comes undercooked and thin. I get that it is rapid food. I'd appreciate not eating raw dough 70% of the times I order from there."

"Ordered a pizza on line for carry out. After 15 min I received the code. After driving there in traffic and rain , I didnt see the pizza in the warmer then was told the door on that pizza warmer was easy to open so someone took my pizza. They preceded to make a other pizza but I had to wait 17 more min of my valuable time and felt some compensation would be in order. When I suggested bread sticks or a soda possibly a discount of any kind and was rudely responded with a " NO!!". Not even a care or apology for the irresponsible fact the staff knew the door to the pizza warmer up didn't offer a secure pickup!! The customer service at this store left me perplexed. There was no accountability and the short , cold, and unprofessional response made me just want my money back. Sadly that store lacks the standards."

"Okay so the service was good here but not sure how to categorize this, I ordered my pizza online through the app because I wanted to just pick it up from the Pizza warmer shelves that they have there. I would just enter a code, pick up my pizza and be gone, such a nice experience. HOWEVER, twice now I have gone and either my whole order is not there or half of it is gone and the explanation that I get is that someone stole it so then I have to wait for my order to be replaced, Even though the whole point of me ordering online is so I wouldn't have to wait there in the little lobby area that they have. So I let the manager know this is the second time this has happened to me, what are you guys doing to correct this situation and of course I got I don't know. This is out of my hands. okay understandable He's a young guy, He doesn't have all the answers, I'm okay with that. But just beware that some people know how to steal your food from these pizza caddies. And that they will replace your food but you'll have to wait there for it to be made, leaving you with a inconvenience. However I have to say this location has very good pizza. I stopped buying from them in the past because their food was not that good and service was terrible. We tried it again and I think it's very good and the service has been great except for this one issue, Hence my score."

"The last two times that I've ordered online, I went to pick up and least half my order or all my order is gone. Staff told me we're sorry but people are stealing your pizzas, after the second time this is obviously an issue but this is the third time that this has happened to me, I think the office manager or staff really need to address this issue. I don't know if this is faulty equipment or if there is just a flaw in the design of the pizza holder/warmer but this has not happened to me at any other locations. I've had to wait for my order to be redone which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time via online or the app. The food was great and the customer service was good however your order is susceptible for being stolen from this location."
