"Every single table had food on them. The floors were worse underneath. The drink dispenser was sticky throughout. The soda lids holder with ketchup on it. As for the order, it was missing the cups ordered. Also missing, the ketchup or ranch as requested. Then on top of all of this, the receipt was unreadable and the maintenance employee tampering with the emergency door in the playroom with the kids all around."

"It costs less to make a much better meal at the grocery store, I know your workers barely make a wage, and you can't tell me you're using top quality products, so what's the deal? Is this just more corporate greed? Probably. About to be a repeat of Kellogg's."

"I went thru the drive thru on a Saturday night. We ordered a quarter pounder combo with a shake and a shamrock mcflurry. When we finally got to the window, they handed us the shakes and asked us to park in the front. We were parked there for another 15 min, then my husband went in, and the order was ready. It was only one burger and fries. Management must be lacking at this location for the need to park such a simple order. The shamrock mcflurry was not mixed well, and all the mint syrup was concentrated on the sides and bottom. There are a few other locations in this area, and I plan to try those ones out before returning to this one. There were lots of other frustrated customers parked and inside as well. I wish we never made this stop for one burger combo as it took 30 min. That is way too long for a simple order."

"I went in on Sun 5/21/23 at 7:43 pm. It was dirty as shown on these pix. I showed mgmt these pix & all she did was shake her head& blame the kids. She didn’t bother to send any cleaners the entire time I wathere. Corporate should look into this location, it’s bringing ur standards down. Imagine if it’s this disgusting up front how bad is it in back?"

"Hi everyone. Make sure to count your chicken nuggets. I bought 40 pieces nuggets and when I got home .I only get 1 box with 7 the other 2 boxes with 8 nuggets and the last one with 9, I tried to call but the phone never gets picked up. So I'm writing this review to make sure they do the correct job. And you get what you pay. On a scale of 1-10 I give a 1"
