"Today we ordered two Quarter Pounders and one large fry along with two drinks at the drive thru. The burgers were perfect! The $3.99 Large French Fries were absolutely disgusting. Cold, soggy disgrace! For an organized restaurant chain that spans the world, how can it be possible that an order of french fries can still be served this way is hard to imagine? It is possible that everyone at one time or another has experienced the disappointment of a cold order of fries and can relate. This location wasn't very busy, appeared to have plenty of staff members, seemed to be a newer restaurant that is well kept and the drive thru staff were very pleasant. By the time we pulled out and headed towards the freeway, we discovered the issue and we were not in a position to turn around just for a new order of fries, although, at the time, I was not aware I had paid $3.99 for something I decided not to feed my dogs when I arrived home. Shame on management for poor quality control."

"Google says they’re open until 11. Went at 10:10 and waited for 5 minutes. Could hear employees talking in the background because someone was hot-mic’ing. Disappointed because no one took my order so I took my business somewhere else. Can’t believe jack in the box had better service."

"Order my food in the app pulled up to the drive thru. Was told to park food wasn’t ready. After 10 minutes of sitting in the car waiting for them to bring the food like they said they would I decided go in I mean all I order was a happy mean for my daughter and a medium fry for myself. Go in and my food has been sitting at the counter. Now food is cold fries are soggy. This is why I stopped going to McDonald’s everything about the company has gone downhill"

"JAN 27 I bit into a raw chicken sandwich. I called the McDonald's in 5mins, they told me to call the McDonald's corp number due to my order being from the app. Mcd corp then gave me the run around that they would have store call me back. No one called. I called the store the managers there had no reply to the uncooked sandwich. I go to the Mcd and the Manager the proceed to tell me she could not do anything because the order from an APP. I had to get loud, finally got a refund. BUT do not tell me that the store get no money from app order therefore you cannot refund me.... otherwise ALL APP ORDERS would be a lost for a store.... POOR response to a uncooked chicken sandwich"
