Little Caesars Pizza 4010 North 83rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85033

"I placed an order at 6:11 PM with an estimated pick up time of 6:30 - 6:36PM. When I arrived i discovered the staff hadn't noticed my order and gave me a new 10-15 minute estimate for my order. It was clear from the ambiance that the staff had just been talking instead of monitoring the orders coming in. All of the staff that works at this location needs to be properly retrained or not hire any more young kids. Management needs to be on top of their staff ASAP."

"I also placed a formal feedback directly on the companies website. This is the third review I’ve left over the years. 1. They did not give me a marinara sauce I paired for. 2. The marinara sauce I got was half full. 3. The stuff crust pizza is as thin as the box it came in or thinner. This location does not meet the overall standard of little Cesar’s. Take your money to another location this one SUCKS!!! Obviously the workers could care less and they just want a paycheck. You deserve lower wages!"

"I visited the Little Caesars located at 83rd Avenue and Indian School Road at 8:31 PM The cashier, Guadalupe, informed me of a 10-minute wait and suggested I proceed through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the drive-thru line consumed an additional 20 minutes. Upon receiving my pizza, I discovered it was served cold with undercooked dough, rendering it inedible. It concerns me, as I intended to feed this pizza to my sons, and their health could have been compromised. Consuming undercooked pizza is unacceptable. Considering the additional 30-minute wait, this experience does not align with the usual "Hot-N-Ready" service. I kindly request a refund for my purchase. I have discarded the pizza and possess both the receipts and photographs as evidence. Thank you for your attention to this matter. It's been three months, corporate never got back to me. If you're looking for a fresh pizza got to dominos, your paying the same price."

"I've been coming here for awhile since it's in my neighborhood. Never had a problem until now. I ordered 2 hot and ready today around 820pm even after being told it was a 20-25 minute wait for them. The clerk didn't give me a receipt but did tell me my total which I did not second guess becuz I never had a bad experience before. So when I returned to pick up via drive thru, a different clerk told me that I would have to wait another 30-40 minutes on an order I already made. I decided I wanted a refund and she asked for a receipt which wasn't given to me. After some unnecessary attitude on the clerks part, she told me my order wasn't in her computer. I reiterated that I already paid for it so she grudgingly told me she would be back and left. A minute later, she came back with my pizzas and said they weren't in her computer but they were labeled. Really? So I remained calm and took them back home only to find the following disarray in one of the boxes. What is going on there that the service has suddenly tanked???"
