"They made a lot of good changes here, I'm glad I stopped by after a long while. It was terrible a few months ago due to the 45 min long wait lines while haggling for tips despite the poor service and before I got the watered down drinks (which is why I don't tip until after I get my order). Thank you for not demanding tips while ordering and for putting a tip jar on the windows instead. Also for a faster, friendly service. I'll definitely return here."

"This is not my usual Dutch Bros location but the team member who took my order at the walk-up window recognized me from my usual spot! You can tell the corporate culture at Dutch Bros is really great because they treat their guests with genuine care. I just wish there was a location closer to home."

"It took 30 mins to get one coffee. They were busy but it took so long due to total inefficiency. Who ever owns this location could make more money and have happier customers. I love a Cocomo but I can't that long for coffee I will never to this location again in fact as much as I like there coffee I think I giving up on this chain altogether."

"Worst experience I have ever had at a dutch bros. Waited about 55 min. The car in front of me took up 20min and this was because the dutch bros worker was chatting with them most of the time after giving them their order and when I pulled up no apology or anything all she told me was "he is a regular" I don't care if he's a regular be considerate of the other customers you have and don't waste 20 min chatting with them if you know you have other customers to tend to. Very inconsiderate of the worker. This happened today at 1020pm. I ordered blended/frozen drinks and they were watery by the time I got them, so upset and such a vibe kill."

"We love Dutch Bros and went to several while visiting Arizona I was a bit disappointed in my last Golden Eagle before home on a very long drive. It’s an extremely busy location. The staff was nice and professional but the drinks were disappointing. I would recommend trying your drink before pulling out of the line. I love that they wipe the drinks before you get them and the ice water is delicious and doesn’t taste like hose water. The Dutch Bros location in Chandler set the bar pretty high. The location is super cool and trendy looking and super busy here. Again I’d totally recommend but would recommend tasting your drink,"
