McDonald's

"Ordered 3 slushies and a sundae. Took almost 15 minutes to complete the order. Asked for a water and got completely ignored. Back to the counter to ask again and the manager is literally right in front of me and says nothing. More concerned about the drive thru than dine in. Water took another 5 minutes because they had to walk to the well apparently. Two other families dining inside not to mention, so not busy at all. Completely unprofessional and very annoying. Go to another McD. ."

"It's McDonald's. My granddaughter got to choose her Me-Time dinner and activity. She is 7 so this was her pick. It has a play area so a Happy Meal and playtime was the goal. Mission accomplished!"

"After being told to wait in front of the store because they were waiting on fries I asked nicely that they please remake my McFlurry because the original one had melted quite a bit. They did. But when I returned home I found chunks of what appears to be a napkin hidden in the ice cream. This occurred on the night of January 4th, 2024 around 9:55pm. Very disappointing"

"Ordered on the dirty screen kiosk. Then looked for the cleanest table as none were clean. If we have to order on the kiosk maybe we are supposed to clean our own tables too. Well, at least put us some sanitized water and some clean towels so we can."

"I remember when McDonald's was a place families enjoyed going. Now, a place I dread bringing my kids. I don't blame the young people working the kitchen , I blame management . Place is disgusting they should be ashamed how this place looks wasn't a table to sit , trash overflowing , floors disgusting. Last time will be coming here to this location."
