Salad and Go

"The salads here are decent but this poor review is because I pulled up at 8:45 to get salads for my family and the store was already closed. (Posted hours say it closes at 9). Must be hard to find employees that don't leave early."

"I love Salad and Go and am a frequent customer of other locations, mainly Surprise. This location in Litchfield Park neglected to fulfill the order according to the allergy modifications and substitutions I requested. I know that they clearly understood what I requested because it was printed on the receipt. I had to come back and ask for the order to be corrected."

"Okay, this is the second time I've had a problem with this location. I order food from here at least once a week and had the same problem a couple of months ago (they gave me a free wrap after I reported, to their credit). Tonight we had out of state visitors come in late, so decided to make it simple and order out. Two of the three wraps had very little of the sauce in the wrap. I order the same thing almost every time and this is frustrating (and embarrassing since our guests ordered wraps also). There was just a dab of the dressing in the last 8th of the wrap, the rest was dry. Jimmy Johns is now offering the same wrap and I'm about to switch."

"Disappointed in the incredibly rude staff. I was given the wrong dressing (peanut instead of balsamic) and put it on my salad as the dressing packets are unlabeled. It was the autumn salad, so the dressing wasn’t a good match. I went back and was unlucky enough to have Nyla help me. She refused to give me a new salad, and I was only offered a packet of balsamic to put on top of my old salad with the wrong dressing. I STILL have not received the salad the way I ordered it, and wasted my money there. I asked for a manager, and was shocked to hear Nyla, the rude woman assisting me, was the manager. Not a place I’d ever go back to or spend my money at. Horrible experience."

"This was a good place to grab a quick bite to eat. Went with the breakfast and salad options. 2 meals bundled into one price. Food was made to order and tasted great"
