"Went inside to order and eat and the cashier was wearing a glove on one hand and used the same gloved hand to grab donuts, handle cash and touch the computer screen! That’s germ contamination!! The floor and tables are dirty. They have no one maintaining the guest tables."

"The female blonde manager is extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, and just absolutely awful. I placed an online order today for heart donuts for my children’s class party. I received an email stating my order WAS READY. So, I drive there and get in the drive thru, just for her to tell me that they don’t have anymore of those donuts. AFTER, I had already gotten an email notifying me they were ready. I explained to the manager that I was upset, and was expecting cause I needed them for my kids class. And I paid over 70$ for 4 dozen. They had charged me too! The blonde manager said that she was sorry I felt that way. That was her response to my inconvenience! How awful is that? What kind of customer service, let alone a manager speaks that way to their customers? Also, the money won’t be refunded until days later. Absolutely terrible customer service, that manager needs to be let go. She doesn’t deserve to work with people. DONT GO HERE."

"The blond manager was passive aggressive and rude. They also smashed my donut and my food was made wrong. I asked for no bacon on my pancake wrap and they put it on and pulled it off I can see where the bacon was on it. Doesn’t care about religion or allergies apparently."

"This is a terrible location. They were out of over half of what we ordered. And we got the wrong food. The coffee was disgusting and had no flavor (ordered brown sugar cinnamon). The quality of the service and food was below average at best. Ordered two bacon sandwiches and instead got a sausage with the wrong cheese. The bacon was completely black and disintegrating. And instead of croissants, they were put on English muffins. The donut holes we flat and stale and almost rubbery. Will never go to this location again. They need some training on how to do their jobs right and how to take care of customers."
