Sumo Snow Surprise

"So, I like most of the drinks I've tried here. The spicy watermelon and coconut with Boba are pretty great. However, there is never anywhere to sit, and there's a Xmas tree still up and taking up space. These drinks aren't really easy to take with you as they don't fit inside cup holders, and if you are driving, that's a whole issue. So the seats are few and crammed together, making it awkward if you do happen to get one as the line fills up and the few seats outside are usually sticky and in the sun. If the place was bigger or had better cups to take with you, then I would visit more often, but for the $34 dollars in drinks that I bought and struggled to get home, I will reconsider wanting to put myself through that again."

"I came here because my niece recommended. 3 out of 4 drinks were good. When my daughter asked if there was a way to sweeten one drink due to the flavor, whether sugar or a simple syrup on the side, the worker said they couldn't do that and didn't even offer to remake. To me, their customer service needs to be improved. Also, the spicy cheese dog only had the topping on one side. The pictures online are a bit deceiving. Just for a few things I spent around $60, so putting it in perspective, if I am going to spend that amount just for snacks I kinda want to get what typically is the minimum satisfaction of enjoying what I pay for."

"First visit. My wife and I enjoyed the lavender milk tea and Vietnamese coffee. The desserts are also pretty good. Good service and clean establishment."

"This place has awesome boba drinks and smoothies! They have a really good Ube cheese dog. We come here specifically for that. I tried the magic potion smoothie today and it was amazing. Other drinks that are note worthy are the Halo halo smoothie and Mangonada. Overall we give this place 5 stars, for the drinks, cleanliness and service."
