Panera Bread 13536 North Prasada Parkway, Surprise, AZ 85388

"I recently paid a visit to the new Panera Bread located next to the Costco in Surprise, AZ, an area that has seen an incredible surge in growth over the past few months. With a slew of new restaurants, shopping, and grocery options popping up, it's become a bustling hub for locals and visitors alike. Unfortunately, my anticipation was met with disappointment, particularly concerning the establishment's cleanliness. Despite it not being overly busy at the time of my visit, and an apparent abundance of staff on the floor, I was dismayed to find nearly every table dirty. Floors too seemed neglected, which left me questioning the oversight of management. Why weren't employees prompted to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers? This oversight on basic cleanliness did take away from the overall experience. It also made me question how clean the kitchen was. On a more positive note, the food was consistent with what I've come to expect from Panera Bread – okay, but nothing to write home about. It's a reliable option when in a pinch, though not my first choice. Personally, I far prefer the offerings at Wildflower Bread Company for their quality and ambiance, but unfortunately, there isn't one in this vicinity. Speaking of ambiance, there really isn't any at this location, it's pretty sad in fact. While the convenience and location of this new Panera Bread are ideal, especially with the exciting growth of this area next to Costco, the lack of attention to cleanliness was a letdown. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive nudge for improvement. A cleaner environment would certainly make the dining experience more pleasant."

"From the warming tomato soup, to the rich steak sandwich, I experienced a roller coaster of zesty flavors deep inside my mouth. Jayden was very hospitable and the location is well run/clean."

"8pm on a Friday night with only 1 person ahead of me and I waited 20 minutes for my food. Came home and opened my 1/2 sandwich to a literal piece of bread ripped in half, a tablespoon of chicken salad and a ton of tomatoes & lettuce. To be that slow and not even have the ability to cut the bread is ridiculous."

"As with other Panera Bread locations, the food, drinks and deserts are nice and fresh with a great twist on same ol' sandwiches you find at other deli places. Though the quantity of chips is lack-there-of. The employees are very friendly, helpful and kind. The facility is clean, but a little bummed at the dainty size of the restaurant. It is about the half the size at other locations which in turn makes this location fill up fast."

"It’s now open and is one of the cleanest and best restaurants in the new Prasada area. Such a beautiful place and shaded patio is a big plus. They have the “Unlimited Sip Club” for only $11.99 per month of delicious coffee, tea, fountain drinks too and their prices are better than the big coffee chains. Highly recommend!!!"
