"Hailey is an exemplary employee as well as the other Starbucks employees. They were so thoughtful, patient, and friendly towards me. Hailey helped me find the drink that I had at another Starbucks location and made it better! She wrote down the drink with the correct recipe so I could order it again. My regret is I don’t live in the city of Surprise to visit Hailey and the other employees. I hope management appreciates and values employees like Hailey.
