"Two baristas working this afternoon with no one in line when my wife and I approached. We said hi and I immediately picked up on a negative vibe from service window worker. Wife ordered the Sonoran spiced cocoa - no flavor, no spice and luke warm at best. I ordered an extra hot mocha, easy on mocha syrup- I asked if they had sugar free cocoa and got a wide eyed “nope.” Must have been a challenge to make my order since it took quite a while to receive. Asked if they offered military discount and got another “nope!” with an eye roll!! Nasty rude service. Weak tasteless warm drinks. Would we try again? Nope!!"

"Yesterday, I saw this cute little coffee place and wanted to order a coffee with my friend. The employee opened the window friendly, but as soon as she heard our foreign accents (I am German), she became snappy. I asked if I was allowed to park my car in the parking area, and she responded in a rude tone, 'There is no other place to park, obviously,' then she laughed at me and gave me a weird look as I asked something stupid. I read another review where the barista made a comment about somebody's face. It seems this might not be the first time she's been rude to customers. There are actually several reviews about the barista being rude. I wonder why she is still there. If she's consistently annoyed dealing with customers, I would suggest considering another job where she might be happier and more comfortable interacting with people."

"*UPDATE* This is the former Mt Lemmon Coffee Bean which now has new owners. The coffee, tea, and limited baked goods are just as good as before. The new owners were friendly and the service was quick. They seem to be pet lovers as they quickly offered a ‘pup cup’ to our dog and sold packaged dog treats. This is obviously a small mom & pop operation so give them your business if your in the mood for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or baked goods or treats for your canine. Nice little coffee shops next to the new cabins in Mt Lemmon. Great coffee. I had a double latte. Local baked goods yummy too. Prices fair considering the location."

"Excellent coffee and baked goods! Owner was very friendly and gave my dog a pup cup which she loved! Highly recommend checking this place out. It's a great addition to Mt Lemmon!"
