"We picked up a 16 piece family meal, paid $46.69 for old burnt chicken.. the sides were tasty.. called to let them know, asked for the manager.. I asked for the ladies name, so I can know who I was talking too.. she refused to give it, and you can tell that my request bother her.. she asked me to hold and put the phone down, I can hear they were busy, so I gave the person the benefit of the doubt why she was short with me.. she returned to the phone, and asked what I needed.. she again hesitated to give me her name, she then asked if I can call back in 15 minutes.. I said sure, who should I asked for.. again with a lot of resistance and after asking for her name 6 times.. she finally said Karla, now I wonder if this is her true name.. I haven't called back yet, but with BAD food and BAD customer service.. why should I even consider going back?"

"Yummy healthy options. I got the Street Corn Double Pollo Fit Bowl, and it was delicious and a big portion! Lots of chicken. It'll be my new go-to menu item. I like that there are nutritious options, and you can see the nutritional information online. The cashier (Aryeh) was nice. The dining room was clean."

"Had to raise up to 4 stars, from 3. It looked to be an all female staff at the time of my visit for lunch. The food tasted like I'm sure Pollo loco intended. Good job ladies. Will definitely be back for lunch again."

"Food was made for snowbirds. Spent $15 for the most bland food made from Hispanic employees who spoke mostly Spanish to cater to Wisconsin. Laziest mush I've ever seen too. I pawned it off to someone else and two people were disgusted by the way it looked. I also asked for no sour cream and magically sour cream appeared yet too lazy to remake."

"Get your act together El Pollo Loco!! I only order the Double Chicken Avocado Salad - I love that dang salad! But for the 2nd time in a year I was given something else - a bowl maybe. But I didn't discover the mistake until I opened my order - about an hour later. So disappointed. And that poor slimy little avocado slice - nasty!! You may not have lost a customer...yet, but I will be a PITA ensuring that you got my order right. And that the poor lonely little avocado slice is still green."
