"Always convenient, friendly, professional staff, very helpful to physically disabled, respectful of my service dog, which is important to me. She does her job, and does it very well, she is also very protective of me, so doesn't tolerate people fast approaching me, or her especially be hind me she will guard stance behind, infant, or on the side of me, or pace around me, watching mine & everyone's moves to ensure our safety. If there is no apparent threat she will just sit behind me facing the door. As one staff politely asked & we allowed "Penny" to sniff and get acquainted. Since we're regulars. My Doberman has taken over for my Border Collie Sadie, who's retiring after almost eleven years of service. She'll live out the remaining years on the ranch with us, hearding sheep, or whatever she pleases, as I do have two big guardian's great Pyrenees/Akbash mixed strictly for that a blue healer my mom couldn't handle, and a hound dog who learned to heard from my border collie as a puppy (so funny to watch). Anyway, Penny seemed to allow the cash ear to pet her briefly, on the head then she was back to business. She's not easily distracted from her work. I usually don't allow anyone to pet her. Since I've trained all my own dogs, it's different than if an agency, or someone else does. It's not an everyday thing, and I can easily correct behavior, whereas, someone who doesn't train may not be able to. Penny is very Obedient and though we are still working on her fetching water bottles, mail/packages and things her basics are pretty solid."

"Bathroom was rough. Enough inventory for 3 stores and overall not very clean. Bright side is that cashier was very friendly."

"So I came in to your Benson store right across from the train tracks, On Saturday 2/16/2019. The two employees who were working were Pam and Tiffany and i have to say they are very rude and the store wasn't clean at all. The floor was a mess, coffee wasn't fresh. I asked Pam to make me some decaf and she had an "I don't want to do it "look. Pam is so lazy and she had her kids running all over the store and that. It's not the first time I've heard or seen that pam is lazy, she is also rude and so is her manager Melissa. The only three good employees you guys have at that store is: Michelle, Andrew, And Amanda, when they're there the store is clean and everything is fresh. The rest are just rude and lazy please fix this. Thank You. Megan Thomas"

"After last week when i gave the Circle K store in benson (Store 761) a 1 star rating because of their store manager tiana being very rude and the Market Manager John Simmons being an idiot and not doing his job. I thought to try the other Circle K in town. I went in there everyday over labor day weekend and including labor day. I have to say the store manager Melissa, the other manager Pam are very rude. I felt the other employee Jennifer she was rude because she was on her phone when i walked in there and was on her phone while helping me. When they were working the store was a mess, floors were dirty, soda and coffee area a huge mess and water coming up from the coffee area floor tiles that whole area smells bad, the manager doesnt seem to care. I am surprise that this store isnt like the other store with mold! For this reason alone is to give this store a one star rating, for there rude managers and dirty store, but after observing 3 employees who were hard at work cleaning and being friendly i decided to give that store a 3 star rating of because of Angel, Michelle and Andrew. They were very helpful and when i went into the store when they were there the store was actually clean and fully stocked. I will only come in when they are working nobody else because the others dont seem to care and are lazy. Circle K should give these 3 a raise. -BT"
