"Had to wait for the 2 women at the counter to finish their conversation before they would take my order. They even looked at me and kept talking and ignoring me. My food came up and sat in the window for 5 mins until the woman finished looking at her phone before getting my order out of the window. I asked for my food to go, came out on a plate, had to ask again for a Togo box, then had to ask again for to go catchup to go with the Togo fries and burger. I guess I shouldn’t expect any sort of customer service at airports."

"Terrible service (I saw 1sthand numerous orders get messed up), some of the staff can’t work the register, my order got given to the wrong table and then they remade it quickly and served us partially raw chicken tenders. Avoid if you can. Seems like several of the competent employees are constantly picking up the slack and fixing the mistakes of the rest of the staff."

"We had a great quesadilla and a big carne asasa burrito. The Cabernet was solid and the beers were great. The bartender, Cody, was entertaining, fast and friendly! Great pit stop as you wait for your flight! VictorB"

"I ordered food and didn't realize that I didn't have the time to get the food. I went to my gate and realized I had to get on the plane. I went back to the restaurant to try to get a refund, but the cashier was busy. I told her I had to go and could not wait to get a refund. They ended up refunding my my order while I was in flight on the plane. Although I didn't get the food, the customer service and atmosphere was great. The food looked really good."

"Stopped here to get a quick dinner before our flight. The burger was really good and perfectly cooked and the french fries were amazing. We tried the nitro nacho platter and usually I don't complain about getting a lot of food because we love big portions (leftovers!) But this was a little bit too much and not in a good way. There weren't enough nachos and there were beans three or four different ways so it just felt soggy and overwhelmed but with out flavor. If you are going to try it, I would specifically pick out the toppings you want or put them on the side."
