"I went here needed a really annoying creak diagnosed - they started working on it right in front of me and 100% knew what they were doing. They were super friendly and helpful too. Got my bike back the next day and it rode better than it has in a long time. Got my rear disc brake in addition to many things greased/adjusted for only $55. The only minor downside is their gear availability. They are a small, although very good, shop, so they don't have as many jerseys/bottles/pedals as other shops might. But honestly I think that the quality of the service and how chill and non-judgemental they are wins out for me. I will 100% be going back when I need anything fixed. I can't recommend this shop more."

"Discovered a flat tire Sunday morning and had no tools to fix it. Sam at Hello Bicycle said to bring it on in. He fixed the tire while all of us on the planned bike ride enjoyed a great cup of coffee at next door Hello Coffee. Sam is a true professional, and he knows bikes!! "Sam is The Man! Fixed my fork and saved my trip to Tucson. Drove from SLC for some MTB and during a stop in Sedona my fork completely sucked down. "Excellent bike shop and cafe with a great mechanic behind the counter who I fully trust. He didn't offer anything unnecessary or upsell and was very knowledgeable about local rides and the work they did for us. It was a great experience. We stopped in with an appointment to get tubeless tires setup on a gravel bike and Sam was very welcoming and did excellent work. Love their selection of solid gravel bikes as well as a good amount of useful accessories. While there, we stopped into their cafe and had a tasty coffee and some snacks before hanging on their outdoor patio. A great start to the day before we headed out to ride near Mt. Lemmon. Thanks!"
