"Best coffee in town, great service, neat cafe. It's also a chocolate shop, so their baked goods are the beat ive had at a cafe as well. Lattes just under $5"
"Wanted to love these chocolates! Excitedly picked a box of different flavors and took them home to enjoy with my Husband. We both had the same reaction of disgust. I will eat almost anything, especially chocolate but these were baaad! We both spit them out, tried the others and spit those out too. Canโt believe I paid so much for inedible chocolate. They are MUCH better looking than they taste!"
"Barista Alex was excellent, kind, and considerate. The drink she made was so good! Definitely the best interaction I've had so far here. Make sure to visit, and if Alex is there, you're be golden! Rozz also delivers quality service and is always friendly and knowledgeable."
"We were so excited for our first visit to this shop. What a disappointment. The employees made us feel like we were intruding on their day. Out of the 3 employees that we saw, not one welcomed us or offered any help. We browsed around, purchased a few things to go and left. We won't be back. For the very high prices they charge, they should, at the very least, have outstanding customer service. Not the case."
"I was so excited to come here while visiting my parents in Tucson but, unfortunately, I had the worst experience ever. My boyfriend, who has epilepsy, was accosted verbally by a woman who worked there. She outright refused to serve us because he had a service animal. This was extremely heartbreaking for me as I grew up down the street. I remember when this used to be a Copenhagen gift store. I've seen many retailers move in and out of this space. I was so excited about a chocolate shop! I wanted to love this place, visit there often and recommend it to all my friends and family. Now, I feel uncomfortable and excluded here. I've had a disability for my entire life, and watching someone that I love be discriminated against because of their disability just left a bad taste in my mouth."
