"I thought all Waffle Houses had the same quality , turns out I was wrong. When we walked in to the restaurant the staff did not greet us, big red flag we should of left then. The waitress we had, Annelise was not friendly at all. If you dont like working in food industry than you should find different job. My boyfriend asked for scramble eggs , some parts of his eggs were not cooked. It was not what we were use too. We will be going back to another Waffle House on Grant road, they have great staff over there."

"The food was horrible very small and when I asked for cheese on my hash browns I got thrown a slice of sandwich cheese. I think my fork was thicker than my waffle. Service was horrible. After food was served I was never asked for a refill on beverage again and it wasn't busy. Worse waffle House experience ever."

"The great American dinner/cafe experience at Waffle House is awesome! Open 24/7 & will barely close for a hurricane. Like seriously, it better be more than Cat 3! My son is a server & has worked at different ones. They are all great."

"To Location Manager: I advise you watch your staff on each shift. You had multiple customers upset because the staff on shift were not on top of it. One man got angry that he was ignored and then told the waitresses off that they are lazy. That man had a gun on his side. The situation could have turned ugly. A middle age couple came in and sat at table #4 about 8:30 to 9:00 in the evening. They were given menus and then ignored. They finally left. The Waitress that came in to work about that time questioned the staff on the couple leaving and asked if they were helped. That same Waitress was also questioning the other Waitresses on a few other things like why is this the way it is and all. She was on it. Kudos to her. She was noticing just what I did. It is Gem Show time and people from all over the world are here in Tucson. You should step it up and have more discipline on your staff. Over all my purchase was good. I have gone to Waffle House for over 15 years and I used to know a floating Manager. She covered all the General Manager’s on their days off. She did not care that she was not set to any location. If she noticed anything out of place or any staff member at any location she was working at while she was working out of line, she spoke up and because she was a floater, she had that right. She was basically the Assistant District Manager with out the role. Too bad she isn’t still around. I never actually found out why she left, but maybe the role ended."

"The only thing that could have made this meal any better was if a fight broke out between a drunk patron and staff. I'm just kidding. This place is in a good location and the staff is very friendly. It was very clean, as well. I ordered the Texas steak melt with grits and was not disappointed."
