"Honestly they need to edit the store hours on here. It's a little past 4pm and on Google it claims they're open til 7, yet here we are, no employees at all and they're closed. I'm so confused, their hours are never correct and it's not a holiday yet, this is about the 4th time I've wanted to stop for boba and had them either closing before 7 or already closed. Craziness"

"TL;DR - don’t waste your money here. The tea is watered down and the boba is horribly mushy. The first time I visited I looked at the menu for a long time trying to figure out if they just had regular milk tea boba. One menu item looked similar but it had “golden tea” instead of black tea. I asked the employee what golden tea was. They didn’t know. I asked if they had black tea instead, and the answer was no. Unbelievable for a BOBA TEA place. Left without buying anything. The next time my 4 year old was asking for boba so I went again and asked the employee if they had black tea. The answer was yes this time. I asked if they could just make me a regular black milk tea with boba. They were confused at first but obliged. I paid over $6 for the tiniest little drink full of ice, watered down milk tea and the mushiest boba I’ve ever had from a professional establishment. Heed my warning and all the other reviews here - if you care at all about decent boba DO NOT BUY BOBA FROM HERE"

"Our encounter at the establishment was starkly marred by an egregious display of discourtesy and mismanagement from the staff, notably from the blonde girl at the counter. As we approached with the intention to order, she did indeed acknowledge us, but almost immediately, our experience took a nosedive. To our bewilderment, she indifferently informed us that they were out of Boba, which was already a disappointing start given its significance in their offerings. Yet, what followed was even more astonishing and frankly, unacceptable. Just as we were about to navigate our order around the absence of Boba, she inexplicably allowed the subsequent customers to cut ahead of us, flagrantly ignoring basic principles of fair and orderly service. The overall service was not just subpar; it was flagrantly rude, disorganized, and inconsiderate. Such stark rudeness and blatant disregard for customers not only sullied our immediate experience but also decisively dissuaded us from ever considering a return visit. Consequently, the distasteful behavior from the staff has not only lost them our patronage but compels us to share our unfortunate experience widely, warning potential customers of the incredibly poor service that may await them."
