"My husband and I have been coming to this restaurant for years. I always try something different and tonight’s steamed catfish on a bed of vegetables with a side of rice did not disappoint! I loved the flavor of the slivers of fresh ginger on the catfish! In hindsight, I should’ve taken a photo of the presentation. The service is always good, but we are also more patient these days because we understand that post- covid, small business owners face hiring challenges. Unfortunately, the young man who waited on us at this restaurant for years, left Green Valley 4 weeks ago. Sip some hot tea, order their perfectly chilled shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer and try different items from their menu! Enjoy!"

"Saturday at 4 pm. 3 other couples were there. We had the fried rice. Either the Saigon or combo are similar and both flavorful. Better than average. There was no long wait. Also, the all hot and sour soup was very good, but was not hot-spicey. It was not sinus-clearing tear -inducing like usual but a lot (!)of good stuff."

"I rarely give bad reviews but have to say the Bun Bo Hue (spicy noodle soup) was horrible. I love this soup because it’s unique flavor from lemon grass soup base and the spices the Viets used to make it spicy and the different meats used in the original soup. This had nothing like any other Bun Bo Hue I’ve had. It was plain and unflavorful. I may try again as I am spending Winter close to the restaurant but probably not."

"Phenominal Vietnamese food. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you receive. Soooo flavorful the Pho! Service is excellent. It’s actually extremely clean I was even given a tour of the kitchen and I would say they are very very on top of their sanitation (which is very important for me). 10/10 for Vietnamese Food will definitely be ordering here again."

"Horribly disappointing experience. We waited 30 mins for carry out Pho. It had literally 3 pieces of gray meat in it. We called to complain and they were closing early and didn’t really seem to care. Said “come back tomorrow” as if I could add more meat to my Pho tomorrow! Won’t be back."
