"After my not so great experience at Com Tam Thuan Kieu Restaurant, I went here to get my nephew & myself a tea. Both girls today smiled & greeted us when we walked in, listened, and were so kind. I asked for suggestions on a drink for myself and they both offered some feedback. This is what customer service is or should be. As we walk into a place of business, your 1st interaction or experience sets the tone or can determine if you will be a return customer. I have to say for someone that works in customer service, well done! You two did an amazing job, and thank you for turning my day around after a not so great interaction at another business. You ladies exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond, kudos!!"
